Maps – by Ele y Eme is a collaborative project between Liam and his wife Michelle. Liam takes care of the cartography, while Michelle contributes all of the the hand-drawn designs, neighborhood names, and titles. The eLe stands for the ‘L’ in Liam, the eMe for the ‘M’ in Michelle, and the ‘y‘ for ‘and’ in Michelle’s native Spanish, to whom all credit for the naming convention goes.
